When vehicle arriving at the GSEL workshop is immediately entered into the WIS system and if a particular vehicle group reaches the maximum permissible level of vehicles, it will automatically generate a warning message for management immediate attention. At the same time, customer can keep track of the agreed limits and actual levels of vehicles that currently in the workshop in both bar chart and table listing (Colorcoding) in the sample screens shown below.
Bar Chart
By clicking on a particular bar details of the vehicles currently in the workshop is displayed as shown below
By clicking on any particular vehicle number, a full maintenance history of that particular vehicle is accessed. This includes vehicle type, model, chassis number, engine number and previous workshop events with time in, time out, engine hours run etc.
Table Listing (Colorcoding)
Similar approach as bar chart but using different color to identify the correlation between agreed limits and actual levels of vehicles. For example,
Red color : Actual Level > Agreed Limit
Yellow color : Actual Level = Agreed Limit
Blue color : Actual Level < Agreed Limit
