Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management

In 2004 GSEL, in conjunction with KLM Equipment Services converted our primary clients to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) basis under which operational serviceability levels were guaranteed.

The maintenance regime was modified to accommodate an equipment usage level approach and significant effort expended in data capture and analysis to drive down the cost base.

Over the past 3 years customers spent on maintenance has been reduced by over 40% bringing major economic and reliability benefits.

The level of data capture and analysis achieved is gaining GSEL an increasing international recognition as a market leader and innovator. Our customers are provided full and exclusive access to their performance data through the website portal thus allowing the easy identification of life cycle costing and providing assistance in brand selection of new equipment purchases.
